How to Track Your Order

After any purchase (service or account), a **green confirmation screen** will display your unique **Tracking ID** (e.g., RZS-173849...). Use this ID in our dedicated tracking tool on the homepage.

**CRITICAL:** Save your Tracking ID! Without it, you must contact support via Discord with your payment proof to find your order status.

Understanding Status Meanings

PENDING PAYMENT Order created, awaiting payment confirmation.
IN PROGRESS A host is actively fulfilling your service or preparing your account.
HOLD / INFO NEEDED We require more information (e.g., login, platform). Check Discord or Email.
COMPLETED / DELIVERED Your service is finished! (For accounts: Check your email/Discord for details.)
REFUND ISSUED Payment has been successfully sent back to you.

WHAT IS A RENZO SERVICE (LOBBY)?

A "Service" or "Lobby" refers to a special, private gaming session hosted by a certified Renzo Staff member that allows you to instantly unlock various in-game items, levels, or achievements. We help you skip the grind and jump straight to the rewards.

Is this safe for my account?

We use vetted, safe methods. While no service is 100% risk-free, we take all precautions to minimize risk. We recommend changing your password after any account-sharing service. **Renzo Services is not liable for actions taken by the game developer.**

What payment methods do you accept?
