TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Where is my Tracking ID?

After you complete a purchase or submit a request, a green confirmation screen will appear. This screen contains your unique Tracking ID (e.g., 173849...).

Important: Copy this ID immediately! If you lose it, you will need to open a ticket in our Discord to find your order status.

Understanding Statuses

ORDER RECEIVED We have your order. A host will pick it up soon.
IN PROGRESS A host is currently working on your service/lobby.
COMPLETE Service finished! Enjoy your rewards.
PAYMENT LINKED For Accounts: We confirmed your payment. Logins coming soon.

Ordering Services

For God Lobbies, VIP Lobbies, and Camo Grinding services.

  1. Select Service: Choose your desired package from the homepage.
  2. Choose Host: Pick "Renzo" or a verified staff member.
  3. Details: Enter your Activision ID and Platform.
  4. Checkout: Click "Pay Host" to open the Revolut payment link.
  5. Wait: Once paid, the order is created. Track it using the "Track Order" tab.

Buying Accounts

For Pre-made BO7 Accounts.

  1. Browse: Go to the BO7 ACCOUNTS tab.
  2. Request: Click "ORDER" on the account you want.
  3. Contact Info: Enter your Email & Discord so we can send the login details.
  4. Pay: Send the exact amount via the Revolut link.
  5. Status Update: Check tracking. When status is PAYMENT LINKED, we are preparing your account. When DELIVERED, check your email/discord!
